(Basketball News) - The Miami Heat start a five-game road trip tonight, as they visit the Atlanta Hawks at Philips Arena.

Jason Williams added 18 points and six assists for the Heat, who ended a two- game slide and won for just the second time in their last five outings. James Posey tallied a season-high 19 points, thanks to 5-of-9 shooting from three- point range, as Miami recorded its fifth straight win over the Knicks.

Center Alonzo Mourning scored nine points, grabbed seven rebounds and blocked a career-high tying nine shots in the win over the Knicks for Miami, which improved to 7-2 at home this season. Mourning, who is filling in for injured starter Shaquille O’Neal, has recorded 19 blocks in his last three games.

Miami is 1-4 as the visitor this season. The Heat will also visit Sacramento, Denver, the Clippers and San Antonio on the current road trip.

The Hawks begin a brief two-game homestand tonight. On Tuesday, Tracy McGrady returned to the lineup and scored 25 points while grabbing nine rebounds, as the Houston Rockets defeated Atlanta, 100-85, at the Toyota Center.

Joe Johnson had 17 points and seven assists in the loss to Houston for the Hawks, while rookie Salim Stoudamire and Al Harrington each scored 14 points in defeat.

Atlanta, which will host Chris Bosh and the Toronto Raptors on Friday in the finale of the homestand, is 1-4 at Philips Arena this season.
