Hawks sign No. 2 pick Marvin Williams

The North Carolina product is the last of the top-10 draft picks to sign.

Williams, who is the highest Atlanta selection since the team picked first in 1975, played one year for the Tar Heels.

The 19-year-old Williams averaged 11.3 points for UNC and was second in rebounding with a 6.6 average. His basket with 1:26 remaining against Illinois in the NCAA title game gave the Tar Heels the lead for good.
