Sacramento, CA (Basketball News) - Bonzi Wells’ basket with two seconds left lifted Sacramento to a 106-104 victory over the Toronto Raptors.

Chris Bosh had 22 points for Toronto, which fell to 1-12 this season. Mike James added 17 points, while Morris Peterson and Rafael Araujo each finished with 14. Jalen Rose had 11 points, but missed the potential winning shot at the end.

Peterson’s putback off a Charlie Villanueva miss tied the game at 104 with 21.2 seconds left. Bibby then held the ball for most of the remaining time before passing it to Miller, who in turn bounced the ball to Wells in the post. Wells drove to the basket before shooting over Rose for the lead.

Rose then inbounded the ball to Peterson, who fired a return pass to Rose on the right side, but the three-point attempt caromed off the rim as time expired.

Bibby finished the game 5-of-10 from three-point range, as the Kings shot 50 percent overall from the field.

Villanueva had 13 points for the Raptors, who made 51.2 percent from the floor.

The game was tied at 26 after one quarter and Toronto held a 55-53 lead at the half. A Bibby jumper had the Kings within 85-82 going into the fourth. Toronto would lead by as many as eight points in the fourth, as James’ three-pointer made it 96-88 with just under eight minutes left. However, Bibby’s three eventually would give the Kings the lead back at 102-100 before a dramatic finish.
