’Must-See’ NBA Game For November 4th: LeBron James & Cleveland Cavaliers Versus Phoenix Suns

November 04 07
Each day during the 2007-8 season, HoopsVibe The Blog will highlight one ‘Must-See’ NBA game. The ‘Must-See’ game is our pick as the day’s best match-up.

Of course, we’re tuning in to all the day’s action and want to know what games interest you, so hit us up in the comment box below with your NBA plans for this evening.

NBA schedule for November 4th 2007
  • Boston @ Toronto
  • Seattle @ L.A. (Clippers)
  • Charlotte @ Miami
  • Minnesota @ N.Y. Knicks
  • Atlanta @ Detroit
  • New Orleans @ Denver
  • Cleveland @ Phoenix
  • Utah @ L.A. Lakers
Our pick as ’Must-See’ game: Cleveland @ Phoenix.

Why: Encores are tricky. Great players can have trouble after an epic performance. They suffer a hangover. For example, in game five of last year’s Eastern Conference Finals, LeBron James scored an epic 48 points to lead the Cavaliers to victory over the Pistons. Game six was a different story, the King struggled with his shooting.

Two days ago, James had game five ’deja vu’. He hit for a cool 45 in Cleveland’s 110-106 win over New York. What will he do for an encore this evening?

Meanwhile, the Suns have no interest in an encore of their last game. On Friday, they were embarrassed, in many ways, by the Lakers and are looking to bounce back tonight at home.

What NBA game will you watch this evening? Why? Get at us in the comment box below with your thoughts.
