NBA Game Summary - Washington vs. Denver

Los Angeles, CA (Basketball News) - Voshon Lenard scored a game-high 19 points as the Denver Nuggets defeated the Washington Wizards 97-91 at the Staples Center.

DerMarr Johnson added 17 points and Linas Kleiza chipped in with 13 points for Denver. Nigel Dixon grabbed 13 rebounds in the win.

Etan Thomas led Washington with 12 points and six rebounds. Antonio Daniels scored 10 points in the losing effort. Antwan Jamison netted seven points in 16 minutes.

Denver was without Carmelo Anthony, Earl Boykins, Marcus Camby, and Kenyon Martin.
