Celtics sign former Villanova star

The 6-foot-2 inch guard excelled during a four-year career at Villanova University.

Ray netted 2,025 points in his career as a Wildcat to become the sixth all- time leading scorer in Villanova history. In his senior season, Ray finished second on the team in scoring with 18.5 points per game and scored 20 or more points 16 times during the year.

Despite his stellar career, the Bronx, New York native was not selected in last week’s NBA Draft.
