(Basketball News) - Yao Ming scored 21 points and pulled down 15 rebounds to lead the Houston Rockets to a 95-80 victory over the Boston Celtics on Wednesday at FleetCenter.
Cuttino Mobley scored a game-high 24 points for the Rockets, who have won six of their last eight games. Mobley finished 8-of-15 from the field, including 5-of-9 from three-point range. Steve Francis contributed 14 points for Houston, which has won six of its last seven games against Boston.
Yao also had a double-double Tuesday night with 21 points and 11 rebounds in a 93-80 victory at Washington.
Houston has won three straight road games.
In the last five games, Francis is averaging 18.2 points and seven assists in just over 41 minutes of action.
The Rockets are off until Saturday when they host Kevin Garnett and the Minnesota Timberwolves.
