Telfair was originally taken by Portland with the 13th overall selection in the 2004 NBA Draft. He averaged 9.5 points, 3.6 assists and one steal in 68 games, 30 starts, for the Trail Blazers in his second NBA season.
Jefferson totaled 7.9 points per game and 5.1 rebounds for the Celtics in 59 contests last season. The forward had five double-doubles and recorded a career-high 21 points and 12 rebounds at Dallas last December.
West was a first round selection by Boston in the 2004 draft. The lanky guard averaged 11.8 points, 4.6 assists, 4.1 rebounds and 1.2 steals in 71 games, all starts, last season. He also led all point guards in the league with 46 blocked shots.
Green was Boston’s top draft pick, the 18th overall selection, in the 2005 draft. The swingman totaled 5.2 points in 32 games last season, while scoring a career-best 22 points at Indiana on April 12, 2006.
