Cavs’ James game-time decision for Friday 01.27.2005

Cleveland, OH (Basketball News) - Tests on the sprained left ankle of Cleveland guard LeBron James revealed no further damage and the All-Star is a listed as a game-time decision for Friday night’s game at the New York Knicks.
James suffered the injury early in the fourth quarter of Wednesday night’s win over Memphis when he landed on the foot of the Grizzlies’ Dahntay Jones and rolled the ankle.
The 20-year-old James will be re-evaluated by Cleveland trainer Max Benton on Friday to determine his availability.
James, who is averaging 27.8 points, 9.3 rebounds and 9.2 assists in his last nine games, is scoring an average of 25 points, dishing out 7.6 assists and grabbing 7.4 rebounds per game this season.
