Memphis Grizzlies Team Report - April 14

(Basketball News) - The Memphis Grizzlies close out their regular season this evening when they host the Minnesota Timberwolves at The Pyramid.

The Grizzlies are locked into the No. 6 spot. Memphis, who could draw the Lakers, Spurs or Timberwolves in the first round, had a chance to take over the fifth seed on Tuesday, but it lost to the Dallas Mavericks, 110-103, at American Airlines Center.

Bonzi Wells netted 27 points and Jason Williams contributed 14 for the Grizzlies, who have dropped three straight contests.

Memphis is an impressive 31-9 at home this season. The Grizzlies are 9-4 in Wednesday games.

The Grizzlies have lost 11 of 12 and 18 of 20 against the T-Wolves.
