On Wednesday, sharp-shooting guard Michael Redd scored 32 points as the Bucks came back to edge the Allen Iverson-less Philadelphia 76ers, 98-94, at the Bradley Center.
Ruben Patterson scored 18 points in the win over the Sixers for the Bucks, who snapped a three-game losing streak. Andrew Bogut posted 14 points and nine rebounds, while Charlie Bell netted 13 in the victory.
Milwaukee, which wraps up a two-game homestand this evening, hits the road for a four-game swing after tonight’s contest. The Bucks will visit the Lakers, Phoenix, Golden State and Utah on the upcoming road trip.
The Bucks are 2-3 at the Bradley Center this season.
Boston tries to bounce back from a brutal loss. On Friday, Steve Francis scored 22 points to lead the New York Knicks to a 101-75 rout of the Celtics at TD Banknorth Garden.
Wally Szczerbiak finished with 16 points in the loss to the Knicks for Boston, while Paul Pierce added 12 for the Celtics, who have lost two in a row after winning three straight.
The Celtics are 1-3 on the road this season.
Boston has lost four of its last five at Milwaukee. The Bucks swept the season-series, 3-0, in 2005-06 and have won seven of the last 10 contests overall against the Celtics.
