Kings finish road trip in Atlanta 03.19.2007

Sacramento is 1-3 on the current swing. On Saturday, Kevin Martin scored 20 points, as the Kings rallied for a 95-83 victory over the Orlando Magic at Amway Arena.
Ron Artest scored 19 points in the win over Orlando for the Kings, who snapped a five-game losing streak. Mike Bibby scored 16 points, while John Salmons netted 13 and Brad Miller pulled down 12 rebounds for Sacramento, which is just 11-23 on the road this season.
On the injury front for Sacramento, forward Kenny Thomas ( fractured left big toe) is questionable for tonight’s contest. Thomas, who is averaging 5.4 points and 6.1 rebounds in 59 games this season, has missed two straight contests.
The Kings trail the Golden State Warriors by two games for the eighth and final playoff berth in the Western Conference.
Atlanta has dropped two in a row and opens a four-game homestand this evening. Troy Murphy scored 22 points as the Indiana Pacers ended an 11-game losing skid with a 113-90 rout of the Hawks at Conseco Fieldhouse.
Josh Smith scored 16 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for the Hawks, who have lost eight of their last 12 games overall. Zaza Pachulia ended with 16 points and seven boards, while Josh Childress finished with 11 points, 10 rebounds and five assists in defeat.
The Hawks are just 14-18 at Philips Arena this season. They will also host Miami, Portland and Dallas on the homestand.
This is the second and final meeting of the season between the squads. On December 10th, Miller scored 19 points and Corliss Williamson netted 18 to lead Sacramento past Atlanta, 117-92, at ARCO Arena.
Atlanta has lost six straight after winning its last four at Sacramento. The Kings have won seven in a row in the series.
