Kukoc returns for third season with Bucks

Milwaukee, WI (Basketball News) - The Milwaukee Bucks announced the re-signing of forward Toni Kukoc on Monday. Financial terms were not released.

Kukoc, who spent the last two seasons with the Bucks, averaged 9.9 points, 3.9 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game.

"Toni brings many important elements to our team," said Milwaukee general manager Larry Harris. "He’s a hard-working, unselfish player with great court vision. His teammates enjoy playing with him and our fans appreciate the way he plays."

In 11 seasons, the 35-year-old Kukoc has averaged of 12.6 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.9 assists in 728 regular season games for the Bucks, Chicago, Philadelphia and Atlanta.

He has appeared in 96 career playoff games and helped the Bulls win three NBA championships in the 1990s.
