=== Los Angeles Clippers Team Report - April 12 ===

(Basketball News) - The Los Angeles Clippers will host the Utah Jazz on Tuesday at the Staples Center. It is the fourth and final meeting of the season between the two clubs. The Jazz defeated Los Angeles on December 14th and February 28th at the Delta Center, while the Clippers beat Utah, 101-90, on December 29th at the Staples Center.

The Jazz have lost two of their last three at the Clippers.

LA is on a two-game losing streak. It wraps up a brief two-game homestand against the Jazz. On Saturday, Robert Horry hit a go-ahead three-pointer and made a game-saving block as time expired in the second overtime, lifting the San Antonio Spurs to a 125-124 victory over the Clippers at the Staples Center.

Corey Maggette led LA with 24 points against the Spurs before fouling out in the first overtime. Chris Wilcox and Elton Brand added 21 and 20 points, respectively, for the Clippers, who have lost six of their last eight games overall. Both Wilcox and Elton Brand also fouled out against San Antonio.

Center Chris Kaman and guard Shaun Livingston stepped in to make big plays late for LA. Kaman ended with 20 points, including a game-tying layup in regulation, in Saturday’s loss and Livingston scored 18.

The Clippers are 25-14 as the host this season. They will play three of their final five games on the road, as they will visit Phoenix, Houston and New Orleans. Besides Tuesday’s contest, the Clippers will host the Hornets on April 16th in their final game at the Staples Center for the 2004-05 campaign.

Livingston, who is finishing up his rookie campaign, has scored in double- digits in four of his last six games. He is averaging 11.5 points, 4.3 rebounds and 6.3 assists in his last six outings.
