Slumping Bulls try to pick up a win vs. Bucks

The Bulls have dropped 14 in a row at Milwaukee. The last time the Bulls were victorious as the visitor against the Bucks was on March 29, 1998.

Chicago has lost a season-worst eight straight games and is in last place in the Central. They just finished a three-game homestand without a victory. On Wednesday, Rashard Lewis scored 21 points to lead the Seattle SuperSonics over the Bulls, 101-97, at the United Center.

Ben Gordon, who is the reigning Sixth Man of the Year scored 21 points and Darius Songaila netted 20 in the loss to Milwaukee for the Bulls, who have lost nine of their last 10 games overall. Chicago played without center Tyson Chandler. who missed the game with a sprained ankle.

Chandler is questionable for tonight’s contest. He is averaging 4.9 points and a team-high 7.9 rebounds per game this season.

The Bulls are 7-9 on the road this season. They have lost four in a row as the visitor.

Milwaukee try to get back on the winning track as it plays the finale of a brief two-game homestand. On Wednesday, LeBron James recorded his sixth- career triple-double to lead the Cleveland Cavaliers to a 91-84 win over the Bucks at the Bradley Center. Michael Redd paced the Bucks, who lost for the first time in three games, with 28 points.

Forward Bobby Simmons finished with 18 points in the loss to Cleveland for the Bucks, while rookie Andrew Bogut contributed 14 points and 13 rebounds.

The Bucks are 9-6 as the host this season. They are 3-1 in their last four contests at the Bradley Center.

This is the second meeting of the season between the division rivals. On January 2nd, Redd netted 29 points to lead the Bucks over Chicago , 93-92, at the United Center.

The home team has won 17 of the last 19 contests in this series, while the Bucks have won three of four and five of the last seven meetings.
