Warriors continue push towards postseason in Sacramento 04.13.2007

The Warriors are tied with the Los Angeles Clippers for the eighth and final playoff berth in the Western Conference.
Golden State will try to win its second straight game this evening. Stephen Jackson scored 28 points to lead the Warriors to a 126-102 victory over the Utah Jazz on Monday at ORACLE Arena.
Baron Davis had 19 points and eight assists in the win over Utah for the Warriors, who have won five of their last six games overall. Monta Ellis and Matt Barnes both ended with 16 points, while Al Harrington contributed 15 points and 11 rebounds for Golden State.
The Warriors are a dismal 10-29 on the road this season. They will split their final four games of the season between home and the road. After tonight’s contest, Golden State returns home to host Minnesota and Dallas before finishing the season on April 18th at Portland.
The disappointing Kings return home after going 1-1 on a two-game road trip. On Wednesday, Tim Duncan poured in 26 points, pulled down 13 rebounds and blocked four shots to lift the San Antonio Spurs to a 109-100 win over Sacramento at the AT&T Center.
Mike Bibby and Francisco Garcia both had 22 points in the loss for the Kings, who have dropped six of their last eight games overall.
Sacramento is 20-18 at ARCO Arena this season. The Kings will visit the Clippers on Sunday, and will then return home to host the Hornets and Lakers in their final two games of the season.
Golden State is 2-1 against the Kings this season. The Warriors have dropped two in a row at Sacramento.
