(Basketball News) - Baron Davis scored 27 points and handed out 12 assists to lead the New Orleans Hornets to a 96-85 victory over Golden State on Friday at The Arena.
David Wesley contributed 23 points and P.J. Brown added 16 points and 15 rebounds for the Hornets, who have won four in a row.
Davis finished 9-of-21 from the field, including 4-of-10 from three-point territory. Wesley was 4-of-6 from beyond the arc.
New Orleans earned a 49-39 rebounding advantage. The Hornets have won nine of the last 11 meetings with the Warriors.
The Hornets are off until Monday when they visit the Los Angeles Clippers.
