Nuggets sign Eisley for the rest of the season

Denver, CO (Basketball News) - The Denver Nuggets signed veteran guard Howard Eisley for the remainder of the season on Thursday.

The 6-foot-2, 180-pound guard averaged 2.0 points and 1.8 assists in six games with the Nuggets. Eisley contributed just 0.7 points and 1.9 assists in 13 games for the Los Angeles Clippers before being waived on January 3.

Eisley has averaged 6.7 points, 3.6 assists and 1.7 rebounds per contest in 12 NBA seasons with Minnesota, San Antonio, Utah, Dallas, New York, Phoenix, the Clippers and Denver.
