=== Washington Wizards Team Report - November 14 ===

(Basketball News) - Washington enters Sunday’s contest against Dallas with three losses in its last four games, including an ugly 105-74 defeat to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday.

Gilbert Arenas scored a game-high 25 points for the Wizards, who shot 33.3 percent from the field in the defeat.

Antawn Jamison had 14 and Brendan Haywood chipped in 10 points in a losing cause for the Wizards. Jamison is the Wizards’ leader in scoring and rebounding this season with 22.7 points and 8.5 rebounds per contest.

The Cavaliers outrebounded the Wizards, 62-32, including a 23-5 difference in the fourth quarter.

Today’s game will mark the first matchup between the clubs since exchanging veteran players in the offseason. Washington sent Jerry Stackhouse, Christian Laettner, and a No. 5 draft pick to Dallas for reigning NBA Sixth Man of the Year Antawn Jamison.

Dallas has won eight of the last 11 games in this series after a string of five consecutive losses to the Washington. The Mavericks had won five in a row at Washington until its 100-90 loss on 11/5/03.
