The 34-year-old Pack played in 28 games last season for New Orleans and averaged 5.2 points and 2.9 assists per contest.
Pack was not drafted by an NBA franchise. He was signed as a free agent by Portland on September 16, 1991.
In 526 career games with the Trail Blazers, Denver, Washington, New Jersey, Dallas, Minnesota and New Orleans, Pack has averaged 9.3 points and 4.8 assists per outing.
Overton appeared in six games for New Jersey this season and totaled eight points and four assists.
