Okafor posted averages of 13.5 points and 10.1 rebounds last month. He closed November with five consecutive double-doubles and finished with seven overall for the month.
Okafor, the second overall pick in the 2004 NBA Draft, netted a career-high 26 points against New Jersey on November 30 and grabbed a career-high 15 rebounds versus Detroit on November 23.
Harris averaged 8.6 points, 2.7 assists and 1.56 steals per contest last month, helping Dallas to a 10-6 record. He had a stellar game against Phoenix on November 16 when he collected 15 points, six assists and five steals.
Meanwhile, Orlando head coach Johnny Davis and Seattle head coach Nate McMillan were named Eastern and Western Conference Coaches of the Month, respectively, for November.
Davis guided the Magic to an 8-5 record, a significant improvement from last year’s 0-14 mark in November and 1-19 overall start. It is the best beginning for Orlando through 13 games since the club went 10-3 during the 1998-99 season.
McMillan led the Sonics to a 13-3 mark in November. Seattle had a nine-game winning streak during the month and led the league in three-point field goal percentage (39.2).
