Pistons to tab Flip Saunders head coach

Detroit, MI (Basketball News) - Flip Saunders will be named the new head coach of the Detroit Pistons. According to the Detroit News, the hiring is expected to be announced at a news conference Thursday at The Palace.

Saunders will replace Larry Brown, who was fired by the club on Tuesday.
