(Basketball News) - Tony Parker scored 22 points to lead San Antonio to a 78-66 win over Portland at the Rose Garden.
Tim Duncan finished with 14 points and 15 rebounds for the Spurs, who posted their 10th straight victory to remain a game behind Minnesota for the top spot in both the Midwest Division and the Western Conference.
The Spurs, who led 59-41 at the end of the third quarter, opened a 62-41 edge on a three-point play by Parker 10 seconds into the fourth quarter.
Portland got no closer than 10 points in the fourth.
The Spurs close their regular season slate against the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday.
