Coleman has missed 36 games this season due to injury, including this past Saturday’s contest versus Miami. He was activated from the injured list on March 12 after missing 22 contests because of a right fourth metacarpal fracture.
In 34 games this season, Coleman has averaged 8.0 points and 5.6 rebounds per contest.
Meanwhile, the club activated forward Amal McCaskill from the injured list, but he did not play on Monday against the Mavericks. McCaskill had been sidelined with a lower back strain. In 54 games this year, he has averaged 2.0 points and 2.3 boards per outing.
In other news, All-Star guard Allen Iverson missed Monday’s 107-98 victory over Dallas because of inflammation in his right knee. Iverson, the team’s leading scorer with a 26.4 ppg average, has now missed a career-high 23 contests this season and the 76ers are 10-13 without him.
