Tony Parker has 10 points and Tim Duncan has only nine points and six boards for the Spurs, who are just two quarters away from winning the NBA title for the second time in three years.
Chauncey Billups has 11 points and Richard Hamilton has 10 for the Pistons, who need to win tonight to force a deciding Game 7.
The Pistons held a 35-29 lead, the largest by either team throughout the first half, 3:15 into the second quarter thanks to a Rasheed Wallace three-pointer. However, the Spurs scored the next seven points to regain the lead and managed to hold on to that same margin heading into the break.
