  By Christopher Sells
11.16.2008 - Updated on 11.16.2008

Heat 96, Raptors 107

Chris Bosh scored 27 points and Jermaine O’Neal had 11 and 18 as Toronto climbed back above .500. Will Solomon, starting in place of the injured Jose Calderon, had 15 points and 11 assists. Dwyane Wade led Miami with 29 points and eight assists, but made only 13 of his 31 shots. The Heat shot only 15 free throws, the same number as Bosh. The Raptors shot 34 as a team.

Magic 90, Bobcats 85
Hedo Turkoglu’s 20 points pushed Orlando past Charlotte for their thrid straight win. Mickael Pietrus added 18 and Rashard Lewis 17. Dwight Howard did not score a field goal in 26 minutes of action, but recorded seven rebounds and five blocks before fouling out. Gerald Wallace led Charlotte with 19 points and nine rebounds.

Mavericks 124, Knicks 114
The Knicks collasped in overtime, missing on all nine of their field goal attempts and scoring only two points as they fell to the Mavs. The win snapped a five-game losing streak for Dallas, who had exceptional performances from Dirk Nowitzki (39 points, 15 rebounds) and Josh Howard (31 and 14). Zach Randolph led New York with 27 points and 18 boards; Chris Duhon added 16 points and 12 assists.

Timberwolves 84, Nuggets 90
The Wolves’ losing streak is now eight, after they blew a nine-point fourth quarter lead to the Nuggets. Al Jefferson had 20 points and 14 rebounds in the losing effort. Chauncey Billups had 26 points and Carmelo Anthony and J.R. Smith each scored 14 for Denver. The Nuggets won despite shooting just under 34% for the game. The Wolves however, weren’t much better at just under 40%.

Pistons 86, Suns 104
Phoenix made 14 of its first 19 shots and never looked back as they gave the Pistons’ their only loss on their western road trip. Amare Stoudemire score 29 points and had 11 rebounds on his 26th birthday and Steve Nash had 17 points and seven assists in his return from his suspension for getting pushed to the floor by Tracy McGrady. Richard Hamilton led the Pistons with 19 points. Allen Iverson shot just 24% for the game, while the Pistons shot just under 40%.

Spurs 90, Kings 88
If anyone can understand what the Spurs are going through, it’s the Kings, who played their fourth straight game without Kevin Martin. The Spurs have managed to win three out of four games since Tony Parker went down with an injury. Tim Duncan had 20 points and 10 rebounds, Michael Finley scored 21. John Salmons led the Kings with 31 points.
