(Basketball News) - The 76ers saw a three-game win streak come to an end on Tuesday night, falling 103-95 to the Seattle SuperSonics at the Wachovia Center.
Allen Iverson scored 26 points for the Sixers, while Kyle Korver contributed 14 points off the bench.
Philadelphia forward Glenn Robinson — on the injured list — rejoined the team after attending to personal business for two weeks.
Seattle’s Rashard Lewis, who ended with 21 points, drained a three-pointer with 19.8 seconds left in the third put the team ahead 77-72 at the end of the quarter. A basket by Antonio Daniels early in the fourth quarter made it 79-72.
Allen hit another three-pointer to cap the 18-point surge and put Seattle ahead 82-72. Vladimir Radmanovic’s dunk, with 8:20 left in the fourth, made it 87-74.
Philadelphia pulled within 92-85 on a three-point play by Samuel Dalembert with 4:52 remaining in the fourth, but no closer.
Philadelphia has a day off before taking on the San Antonio Spurs at the Wachovia Center on Thursday night.
