(Basketball News) - The Portland Trail Blazers fell to the Indiana Pacers, 80-71, on Wednesday at Conseco Fieldhouse.
Zach Randolph paced Portland with 16 points. Damon Stoudamire netted 14 points and Shareef Abdur-Rahim had 12 for the Trail Blazers, who managed only eight points in the fourth quarter and had their four-game winning streak come to an end.
Portland is tied with the Utah Jazz for ninth place in Western Conference, 1 1/2 game behind the Denver Nuggets for the final playoff spot.
The Blazers are off until Saturday when they host the Orlando Magic. It will be the second and final meeting of the season between the two clubs. On February 24th, Portland beat the Magic, 94-91, in overtime at TD Waterhouse Centre.
Randolph has averaged 16.9 points and 10.1 rebounds in his last 10 games. He has scored in double digits in 15 straight contests.
