(Basketball News) - The Portland Trail Blazers visit the Los Angeles Clippers on Monday the Staples Center. It is the fourth and final meeting of the season between the clubs. Portland defeated the Clippers twice at the Rose Garden, while LA knocked off the Trail Blazers, 102-98, at the Staples Center.

Overall, the home team has won nine straight and 17 of the last 19 contests in this series. Portland has won three of four and four of the last six meetings. The Blazers have lost four in a row as the visitor against the Clippers.

The Trail Blazers, who have lost four in a row, play the first of a brief two- game road trip. Portland is scheduled to visit Sacramento on Tuesday.

On Saturday, All-Star Grant Hill netted a team-high 23 points as the short- handed Orlando Magic defeated Portland, 97-92, at the Rose Garden. Viktor Khryapa poured in a career-high 21 points for the Trail Blazers, who have lost four straight and 10 of their last 11 games overall.

Rookie Sebastian Telfair tallied 16 points for the Blazers in Saturday’s loss, while Damon Stoudamire and Shareef Abdur-Rahim each netted 13 points in the losing effort.

Portland is 13-34 when it scores under 100 points this season. The Blazers have scored under 100 points in 16 of their last 18 games.

The Trail Blazers are just 8-25 as the visitor this season.

Telfair has scored in double-digits in six of his last nine games and has averaged 11.4 points and 6.4 assists in that span. He has scored 10 or more points in 11 contests this season.

After Tuesday’s game, Portland returns home for four consecutive games. The Blazers are scheduled to host the Seattle SuperSonics, New York Knicks, Washington Wizards and Houston Rockets on the stand.

Portland opens the homestand on Thursday against Seattle. The teams have split a pair of games and will play once more this season, as the Sonics will host the Blazers on April 1st at KeyArena.
