Sacramento Kings Team Report - December 11 12.11.2004
|
(Basketball News) - The Sacramento Kings try to get back on the winning track tonight when they head to Indiana to face the undermanned Pacers at Conseco Fieldhouse.
Sacramento also comes into tonight’s tilt on a sour note after it dropped a 113-105 decision to the Minnesota Timberwolves at the Target Center.
Chris Webber returned to the lineup and scored 25 points with seven rebounds for the Kings, who had their five-game winning streak halted. Mike Bibby contributed 21 points and seven assists while Bobby Jackson netted 19 in the loss.
Webber had missed Tuesday’s game with a sore left knee.
The Kings, who will close a three-game road trip on Tuesday versus Milwaukee, are 4-5 away from home this season.
Sacramento topped the Pacers earlier in the season and has won five straight in the series, including the last two in Indiana. However, the Kings have dropped 14 of their last 17 at Conseco Fieldhouse.
