(Basketball News) - Manu Ginobili poured in a game-high 29 points, including 21 in the second half, to lead the San Antonio Spurs to a 107-89 win over the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday at the SBC Center.
Tim Duncan added 19 points and Bruce Bowen chipped in 16 for the Spurs, who have won four straight games. Hedo Turkoglu scored 14 in the win.
San Antonio, which is currently in fourth place in the West, is 1 1/2 games behind Minnesota for the Midwest Division lead and is also 1 1/2 games back of the Los Angeles Lakers for the third spot. The Spurs are also just 2 1/2 games behind Sacramento for the top spot in the Western Conference.
The Spurs are off until Friday when they visit the Utah Jazz. It will be the fourth and final meeting of the season between the two clubs. San Antonio is 3-0 against the Jazz.
Duncan has scored in double digits in seven straight games. He has averaged 19.6 points and 10 rebounds in that span.
