San Antonio Spurs Team Report - December 10

(Basketball News) - The Spurs dropped an 81-80 decision to the Houston Rockets on Thursday night at the Toyota Center.

Tracy McGrady capped an incredible comeback on a game-winning three-pointer with 1.7 seconds to beat the Spurs. McGrady, who scored 13 points in the last 34 seconds, finished with 33 points and eight rebounds.

Tim Duncan paced the Spurs with 26 points and a game-high 18 boards. Devin Brown, who had a costly turnover that led to McGrady’s game-winner, had 20 points off the bench for San Antonio, which suffered its second straight loss.

Manu Ginobili finished with 13 points for the Spurs, who shot 34 percent for the game.

The Spurs have a day off before hosting the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday at the SBC Center.
