(Basketball News) - Ray Allen scored 20 points to lead Seattle to an easy 108-78 win over Sacramento at KeyArena.
Rashard Lewis added 18 points and eight boards and Luke Ridnour netted 17 for the SuperSonics, who have won four straight games since opening their season with a loss.
Danny Fortson contributed 16 points and 13 rebounds for Seattle, which shot a blistering 44 percent from three-point range (8-of-18). Nine of Fortson’s boards came on the offensive end.
Seattle carried a 76-60 lead into the final period.
The game was never close in the fourth quarter and Seattle extended its advantage to as many as 36 points in the final 12 minutes.
Lewis has averaged 23.8 points and six rebounds in Seattle’s first five games of the season, while Allen, who will be a free agent after the season, has registered 23.8 points per contest. Allen also has hit 17 of his first 27 three-pointers.
Seattle, which began a three-game homestand, is 3-0 in its own building this year.
The Sonics will return to action on Friday when they host the Toronto Raptors.
