Spurs sign Butler

Signed by New York as a free agent midway through the 2004-05 season, the 6- foot-10 Butler spent the last two seasons with the Knicks.

In 53 games last year, Butler averaged 5.3 points and 3.3 rebounds in 13.5 minutes a game.
