Tim Duncan finished with 16 points and nine rebounds for the Spurs, who rebounded from a seven-point home loss to Chicago on Friday to move their record to 11-3 this season. Michael Finley had 12 points, Bruce Bowen 11 and Tony Parker 10 for the Spurs, who beat the Lakers for the sixth straight time in the regular season.
Lamar Odom tallied 27 points and 16 rebounds while Kobe Bryant contributed 25 points, but was just 9-of-33 from the floor for the Lakers. Los Angeles didn’t lead the entire game, on the way to its second straight defeat and fourth loss in five games.
