It was a high scoring second stanza with a total of 69 points being put up on the board.
The Clippers got back to within eight points after Radmanovic drained a three- pointer with 7:28 to play to make it a 45-37 contest.
But, a 10-3 spurt enabled Phoenix to pull back to a 15 point lead when Bell hit a jumper with 5:21 left in the first half. Phoenix led 73-54 going into the locker room.
The Suns continued to roll in the third quarter and led by 31 points when Leandro Barbosa hit a jumper with 2:59 to play to make it a 98-67 game. Phoenix took a 100-71 lead into the final quarter.
Los Angeles never got close in the fourth.
