(Basketball News) - The Raptors dropped a 106-96 decision to the Philadelphia 76ers on Friday night at the Wachovia Center.
Donyell Marshall scored 20 points with 11 rebounds to lead the Raptors, who were looking for their first three-game winning streak since opening the season with three consecutive wins.
Morris Peterson and Jalen Rose added 18 points apiece in the loss. Chris Bosh had 13 points and 13 rebounds and Rafer Alston scored 11 with 13 assists.
The Sixers took control of the game with a 12-3 run in the fourth quarter, stretching a two-point lead to 11 points at 94-83. Toronto hardly challenged down the stretch.
The Raptors have lost their last 11 road games and are just 2-18 away from home this season. Toronto will try to get back on the winning track on Sunday afternoon, when it hosts the New Orleans Hornets.
