Matt Carroll added 13 points and Emeka Okafor had 11 points and 12 rebounds for the Bobcats, who have won two straight games.
Ruben Patterson scored 14 points, Michael Redd 13 and Earl Boykins 12 for the Bucks, who have lost five in a row.
Redd, the Bucks leading scorer, shot just 5-of-12.
Charlotte took control of the game with a 21-3 run to open the third quarter. Milwaukee made just one of its first 10 shots and committed nine turnovers during the spurt.
Milwaukee shot 38.8 percent and committed 24 turnovers in the loss.
The Bucks led 46-43 at the intermission.
Carroll’s driving layup with 9 1/2 minutes to go in the third quarter gave Charlotte the lead for good.
The Bobcats, who led 73-58 after three quarters, were never threatened in the fourth quarter.
