Warriors activate Fisher from injured list

Sacramento, CA (Basketball News) - The Golden State Warriors activated guard Derek Fisher from the injured list and he is expected to be available for Sunday’s game against Sacramento.

Fisher has missed the last seven contests with a sprained right knee. He is averaging 9.6 points and 4.1 assists over 19 games this season for Golden State, including three starts. He signed with the Warriors in July after spending eight seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers.

Meanwhile, the club placed guard Luis Flores on the injured list. Flores continues to be plagued by hamstring problems. He has appeared in only five contests this season, averaging 2.6 points per outing.
