New York, NY (Basketball News) - The NBA suspended Golden State Warriors guard Baron Davis one game for an incident with Seattle’s Luke Ridnour earlier this week.

Davis swung at and hit Ridnour in the chest late in the first half of Monday’s 109-93 victory over the SuperSonics. Davis was whistled for a technical foul but was not ejected.

The standout point guard will sit out Friday’s game against Cleveland.
