(Basketball News) - Baron Davis poured in 27 points and dished out 12 assists as New Orleans stretched Orlando’s losing streak to 17 games with a 106-91 win at the New Orleans Arena on Wednesday.
New Orleans had six players score in double digits, as Jamaal Magloire had a monster night, scoring 20 points and grabbing 14 rebounds.
P.J Brown and George Lynch each added 10 points for the Hornets, who captured both games of the home-and-home series against Orlando. Brown hauled in 10 boards and David Wesley pitched in 13 points.
Darrell Armstrong haunted his old team by scoring 14 off the bench for the Hornets.
The Hornets had 58 points in the paint.
The Hornets are off until Friday when they host Steve Francis and the Houston Rockets.
