(Basketball News) - The Philadelphia 76ers try to get back on the winning track tonight when they welcome the Sacramento Kings to the Wachovia Center.
Philadelphia returns home tonight for three games after an 88-77 loss to the New York Knicks on Wednesday at Madison Square Garden. Iverson and backcourt counterpart Eric Snow combined to shoot just 3-of-27 for 13 points in the loss, while the Sixers shot just 36 percent from the floor as a team.
Iverson returned to court for the first time since missing four games with a bruised right shoulder. Glenn Robinson also made his return after missing the previous two games with an elbow injury. He finished with 10 points on 4-of-11 shooting in 29 minutes.
Led by Kenny Thomas’ 21 points and 11 rebounds and Samuel Dalembert’s 19 points and 14 boards, the Sixers was unable to build on Sunday’s big win against Minnesota — their only victory in the last six games.
The 76ers, who have won three of their last five at home, are 14-15 as the host this season.
Sacramento has won five of its last eight at Philadelphia.
