Portland Trail Blazers Team Report - January 25 01.25.2004
|
(Basketball News) - The Portland Trail Blazers had their 11-game home winning streak over the Golden State Warriors snapped on Saturday with a 105-87 setback at the Rose Garden.
Zach Randolph paced Portland with 23 points and seven rebounds, while Rasheed Wallace chipped in with 13 points for the Trail Blazers, who have dropped 10 of their last 12 contests.
Darius Miles netted 12 points in 20 minutes in his Portland debut.
Center Dale Davis did not start the contest because he walked out of practice earlier in the week. Davis was upset because he had been fined for not attending a previous practice, which he said was impossible because he could not get out of his driveway during a snowstorm.
He played 20 minutes off the bench, missed both his shots and grabbed one rebound.
The Blazers return to action on Monday against the Washington Wizards.
