The streaking SuperSonics open a five-game road trip when they visit the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday at the Bradley Center. It is the first of two meetings between the clubs this season. Milwaukee is scheduled to visit the SuperSonics on January 19, 2007 at the KeyArena.
Seattle has lost two straight and three of its last four at Milwaukee. The SuperSonics have won four of the last six meetings in the series.
The SuperSonics enter Tuesday’s contest on a three-game winning streak. Luke Ridnour led a group of four Seattle players to score at least 20 points, recording 26 with nine assists to help the SuperSonics overcome a 16-point halftime deficit and defeat the Golden State Warriors, 117-115, on Sunday at KeyArena.
Rashard Lewis finished with 25 points and eight boards, Damien Wilkins had 22 points with nine rebounds and Earl Watson netted 20 in the win over Golden State for the Sonics, who have won four of their last five games overall.
Seattle is 4-5 on the road this season. The SuperSonics will also visit the Chicago Bulls, Cleveland Cavaliers, Detroit Pistons and Memphis Grizzlies on the current road trip. They will play all of the teams for the first time this season.
