=== Toronto Raptors Team Report - February 11 ===

(Basketball News) - The Toronto Raptors will try and win their third straight game on Thursday when they continue their four-game road trip in Seattle against the SuperSonics at Key Arena in the final game for both teams before this weekend’s All-Star break..

On Tuesday, Vince Carter finished with 29 points, eight rebounds and six assists to lead Toronto to a 101-94 win over Phoenix at America West Arena.

Morris Peterson posted 27 points and eight rebounds for the Raptors, who earned their fourth win in five chances. Donyell Marshall delivered 25 points and 11 boards in the win.

The Raptors shot 49 percent and are 12-1 when they shoot 45 percent or better.

However, all the news was not good for Toronto on Tuesday, as it learned that it will be without forward Jalen Rose for the next 6-to-8 weeks with a fracture of the fourth metacarpal in his left hand.

Rose ended his streak of 286 consecutive games played, second-longest in the NBA, when he sat out the contest with a broken finger on his left hand. He had not missed a contest since sitting out the first 10 games of the 2000-01 season with a broken left wrist.

Antawn Jamison of Dallas has the longest streak of consecutive games played at 296.

The Raptors have won three straight on the road and are 11-15 away from home this season.

Toronto defeated the Sonics earlier in the season, but has dropped four of the last five matchups. The Raptors have also struggled in the Emerald City, where they are just 2-5 in their last seven visits.
