(Basketball News) - Toronto has dropped two straight after falling, 75-73, to the Chicago Bulls Tuesday night at the United Center. The Raptors split four contests on their four-game road trip.
Vince Carter paced the Raptors with 21 points and Morris Peterson chipped in 19. Donyell Marshall scored 10 points and ripped down a career-high 24 rebounds for Toronto.
The Raptors fell behind by as many as 20 points in the first half and couldn’t get all the way back. Toronto’s nine field goals in the first half were a franchise low. Toronto has lost four straight at Chicago.
Toronto has lost three of four and four of its last six home games. On the year, the Raptors are 14-10 at home.
Despite sitting two under .500 for the season, the Raptors own the seventh spot in the Eastern Conference playoff race.
Toronto begins a three-game homestand against the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday night.
