=== Toronto Raptors Team Report - March 1 ===

(Basketball News) - The Toronto Raptors continued their season-long skid on Sunday, as they were on the wrong end of a 91-82 decision against the Boston Celtics in the finale of a home-and-home set at the Air Canada Centre.

Milt Palacio scored a team-high 19 points for the Raptors, who have dropped nine straight contests. Donyell Marshall had a strong game in defeat, scoring 18 points and hauling down 10 boards.

Toronto has now dropped six straight and eight of its last nine at home and is 14-15 north of the border this season.

Newly acquired guard Dion Glover netted 13 points with nine rebounds in 36 minutes of action for Toronto. On Saturday, the Raptors signed him for the remainder of the season, after he was waived by the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday.

The Raptors have dropped to seventh place in the East, just a half-game ahead of eighth-place Miami and only a game in front of ninth-place Boston.

Toronto continued to play without guard Vince Carter, who has been on the injured list with a moderate left ankle sprain. However, he is eligible to return any time now.

The Raptors will return to action on Tuesday when they start a two-game road trip against the Miami Heat. Toronto has already lost twice this season to Miami and has dropped six straight in the series. The Raps have also lost three in a row and four of their last five in South Florida.

Toronto, which has lost four in a row on the road, is just 3-8 in its last 11 as the visitor and is 11-19 away from home this season.
