(Basketball News) - Raja Bell scored a career-high 25 points and Matt Harpring added 24 to lead the Utah Jazz to a 98-81 win over Seattle at the Delta Center on Friday.
Andrei Kirilenko contributed 11 points for the Jazz, who posted their first three-game winning streak of the season.
The Jazz improved to 8-1 at home.
After Seattle pulled within 57-49 on Ronald Murray’s three-pointer midway through the third quarter, the Jazz put the game away with a 15-8 run.
Harpring scored 10 of the points, and Bell capped it with a foul shot to stake the Jazz to a 72-51 lead with 2:01 left in the quarter.
The SuperSonics got no closer than eight points the rest of the way.
Utah is off until Monday when it hosts Kenyon Martin and the New Jersey Nets.
