Wade finished 13-of-21 shooting and went 11-of-13 from the charity stripe while Alonzo Mourning and James Posey each contributed 12 points in the victory for Miami, which has won two of three.
Jason Williams scored 11 points with six assists and Antoine Walker donated 10 points for the Heat, who have won seven of their last eight against Toronto.
Miami shot 51 percent from the field.
Anthony Parker posted 18 points on 8-of-14 shooting from the floor while T.J. Ford, Andrew Bargnani and Morris Peterson all added 10 points for the Raptors, who have dropped four straight contests.
Jorge Garbajosa had 12 points and pulled down six rebounds in defeat.
Miami led 24-23 at the end of the first quarter, but a strong second sealed the victory for the defending NBA champions.
The Heat opened the frame with an 18-4 scamper, capped by Jason Kapono’s trey for a 42-27 lead with 6:26 left. Then, Wade led a 12-2 burst by Miami with 11 points in the final 4 1/2 minutes en route to a 58-38 halftime advantage.
Wade finished with 19 points in the first half.
Toronto cut to within seven, 65-58, after Joey Graham drilled a jumper and dunked with just under six minutes remaining, but Miami responded with eight straight points — six from Wade — and went up by 15 entering the fourth.
The Raptors never posed a threat in the final quarter and trailed by as many as 20 with 3 1/2 minutes to play.
Toronto finished 43 percent shooting.
