Washington Wizards Team Report - January 17

(Basketball News) - Washington welcomes Ray Allen and the Seattle SuperSonics tonight to the MCI Center.

The Wizards were blown out by the Detroit Pistons, 98-77, on Friday at the Palace of Auburn Hills. Juan Dixon had 14 points to pace the Wizards, who lost their 10th straight road game. Kwame Brown added 13 points and nine boards in the losing effort.

Washington, which dropped its third straight game overall and seventh in eight tries, is just 6-10 as the host this season.

Seattle has won two of the last three meetings with the Wizards. The Sonics have won four straight and five of their last six at Washington.
